We are currently seeking a dynamic Production Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Office Inventory: Keep inventory organized and ensure availability of materials.
Setup and Mockups: Oversee setup and inspections of structures during mockups.
Order Processing: Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Documentation: Create quotes, checklists, and presentations as required.
Coordination: Work with organizers to order necessary show services.
Onsite Setup: Travel to events for setup and dismantle, ensuring a smooth process.
Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to ensure design production meets expectations.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with partners and vendors to keep production on schedule.
Project Delivery: Ensure the booth handover to clients is executed flawlessly.
New Partnerships: Develop new partners through onsite visits and outreach.
Leadership Role: Lead projects from inception to evaluation for successful booth delivery.
Liaison: Act as the main contact between management, artists, venue operations, partners, and vendors.
Logistics Oversight: Oversee the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Team Management: Provide effective line management to the core exhibition team, freelancers, and volunteers.
Cost Negotiation: Negotiate costs with suppliers and contractors.
Project Costing: Prepare project quotes and manage budgets.
Design Collaboration: Liaise with 3D and CAD designers.
Schedule Management: Create and manage production and installation schedules.
Onsite Oversight: Attend projects onsite to ensure timely delivery.
Administration: Undertake general and onsite administration tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving attitude and approach.
Young at heart, with a dynamic personality and energy to travel regularly.
Experience in trade show production or a related field is a plus.
