Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about visual design and have a strong understanding of user experience. As a Freelance Designer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create engaging designs that enhance our brand and improve user interaction across multiple platforms.

Duties

Develop visually appealing designs for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Create motion graphics and animations to enhance user engagement.
Conduct user research to understand target audiences and inform design decisions.
Collaborate with developers to implement designs using tools such as React Express.
Utilize UXPin for prototyping and usability testing to refine design concepts.
Design graphics for marketing campaigns, including email templates using MailChimp.
Optimize designs for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and user experience.

Experience

Proven experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and motion graphics software.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies, particularly React Express.
Knowledge of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design projects.
Understanding of SEO best practices as they relate to design.
Previous experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp is a plus.
