Responsibilities

Align with project objectives while adhering to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop strategic ideas that solve specific marketing challenges.
Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, marketing managers, and throughout all phases of project development.
Work with the creative team to come up with ideas/solutions to clients goals/problems, providing expertise and leading the team when it comes to technical skills and expertise.
Build fundamental system components such as UI, workflows, services, reports, activities logs, and decision rules
Perform quality functions (e.g. debug, fix, and unit testing) as part of the development, and collaborate with testing team in functional and integration testing
Integrate system components (services, connectors, etc.), frameworks, reporting, agents, authentication, rule resolution, etc
Plan, process, and perform all jobs/tasks in an efficiently with minimum assistance
Maintain IT development standards and best practices
Design UI features with a focus on providing the best user experience possible
Adhere to and ensure secure coding best practices are being followed

Qualifications

Outstanding attention to detail, coupled with strong time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, delivering results within specified deadlines.
Ability to work on multiple projects and brands simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Adaptability to accommodate changing project requirements.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
Good knowledge on Object Oriented Programming Concepts
Familiar with standards and best practices for web/app/software development
Familiar with callbacks, event handlers, and functional programming
Experience debugging scripts in browser
XML, HTML, AJAX, Servlets, JavaScript
Knowledge of Java EE Architecture
Must have good Analytical and communication skills
Ability to solve complex problems and express solutions in layman's terms
MySQL or similar SQL experience.
Understanding of RESTful principles.
Experience working with API's.
Video production/marketing experience a plus
