About Us:

Red Crow Marketing is a dynamic and growing marketing and advertising agency seeking a talented Freelance Social Media Content Creator. Our ideal candidate is a creative individual with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. Estimated 15-20 hours per month.

Responsibilities:

Develop a content calendar for client review 2 months in advance.
Develop, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. Using client-provided material and materials collected during onsite visits.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and marketing goals.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards.
Brainstorm and execute innovative social media content to drive engagement and page growth.
Edit and optimize multimedia content (images, videos, graphics) for various platforms.

Requirements:

Must be able to be onsite in person for clients in Springfield MO
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, including best practices and algorithms.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other) and video editing software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
