We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating original images to replace stock photos and designing unique photos for blog posts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to capture and convey the essence of our brand through real images.

Produce high-quality, unique images that replace stock photos across our website and marketing materials.
Design and create original photos for blog posts that align with the content and brand aesthetics.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand visual requirements and deliver images that enhance the user experience.
Ensure all images meet Google’s guidelines for what constitutes a real photo, enhancing SEO and user engagement.
Maintain a consistent visual style and tone that reflects our brand identity.
Manage and organize a library of original photos for easy access and future use.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continually improve the quality and impact of our visuals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing original photography.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
Strong photography skills with experience in digital photography, lighting, and photo editing.
Ability to create visually appealing images that align with brand guidelines and content requirements.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
Knowledge of SEO and Google’s guidelines for image quality is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
