Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Must reside within North Carolina, preferably within a 1-hour distance to Charlotte.
