Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Content Designer/Manager to enhance our marketing efforts in luxury real estate. This role involves the creation and management of sophisticated marketing materials that reflect the high standards and luxury of the properties we represent, primarily in Central Ohio, where our average sale price is around $550,000.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop a wide range of digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, email templates, feature sheets, and buyer/seller booklets.
Manage content across multiple platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and email campaigns, ensuring consistent and engaging branding.
Utilize the KW Command (CANVA) platform for the creation of marketing assets and track their effectiveness.
Innovate and implement new marketing strategies, including the use of QR codes and sophisticated graphic solutions to enhance client engagement and attract new business.

Skills:

- Proficiency in research to gather relevant information
- Strong copywriting skills to create compelling content
- Knowledge of CSS for basic website styling
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and strategies
- Understanding of marketing automation tools for efficient campaigns
- Ability in content creation across different platforms
- Proficient in Content Strategy for effective planning and execution
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital content creation and management.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant design software.
Ability to work independently on complex projects and maintain high standards under varying deadlines.
