Job Overview:
In this position, you'll be integral to our projects, from strategic planning to hands-on execution. You will work closely with clients to implement systems that not only increase retention and attract top talent but also enable leaders to make a significant, positive impact on their teams. Experience: Minimum 3 years in culture work, consulting, management or related fields.
Skills: Exceptional presentation abilities and experience in client-facing roles.
Strategic mindset: Strong strategic management skills to drive effective change.

Location:

Anywhere in the US (this is a remote position that includes occasional traveling to the clients’ locations)
Company Headquarters: Lawrenceburg, Tennessee

Pay is per project, not by the hour.
