We’re looking for a dynamic Brand Designer to jump in on a diverse group of client projects. You’ll partner with our team to conceptualize brands and execute the creative across print and digital media. We’re looking for someone who values feedback and understands the importance of collaboration. This person will have a strong understanding of and background in corporate identity systems, brand guidelines, and has a love for bringing these systems come to life.

What we’re looking for:

An enthusiastic team player who has an advanced understanding of design fundamentals related to typography, grid, layout and color theory and a background in corporate identity systems.
A relevant design portfolio - sharing examples of concepting, brand evolution, brand guidelines and logo creation.
A strong conceptual thinker - comfortable with ambiguity.
Comfortable in soft skills - listening, negotiating and decision-making.
Exceptional time-management skills - ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with agreed deadlines.
A passion for great design and for defining, expanding, evolving and documenting flexible design systems that are easily executable and ensure brand consistency at scale.
Excels at a variety of styles, articulates design decisions well, and iterates quickly.
Experience working with creative briefs, collaborative teams and receptive to stakeholder feedback.
Master in Adobe Suite - specifically Illustrator, Indesign. Experience in motion graphics and/or Webflow a plus.
Ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience working in corporate marketing or branding agency. Exposure and experience with B2B brands and/or tech companies a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

Ideate, refine, and execute visual concepts
Defining brand Identity for new and existing companies ranging from start-ups to well-estalished companies.
Manage the creative execution of of brands from creative brief through brand guideline creation inclusive of concepting, logo creation, typography, grids, motif systems and brand application.
Clearly articulate meaning and rationale behind design decisions
Create brand templates and materials ranging from sell sheets and business cards through digital application such as website collateral and logo animation.
