We’re looking for a creative
Apparel Graphic Designer to shape impactful narratives for jersey designs, honoring partner team identities. You’ll collaborate with design, development, and business teams to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery. Your influence will contribute to the vision of Women’s Sports apparel, leading meetings and presenting design concepts to both internal and external audiences. Responsibilities:
- Concepting and building out narratives that will inspire and influence jersey designs while incorporating/honoring our partner's team identities.
- Collaborate with your design, development and business partners to ensure all details are recorded and delivered as presented.
- Influence teams and contribute to the creative vision of Women's Sport apparel.
- Lead team meetings and cascade critical information to ensure the project hits all deadlines.
- Present design concepts and seasonal initiatives to internal and external audiences while always keeping best interests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, 5 years or more of graphic design experience in agency or in-house setting, or closely related role in product creation.
- Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
- Experience in graphic and print original design and content.
- Master at translating insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
- Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple, competing priorities.
- Master visual and verbal communication skills, able to effectively present design intent to internal and external audiences.
- Master of design craft, innovation, graphic applications, prints, processes and tools.
- Master of apparel product creation.
- Digital design acumen in Adobe CC and comfortable working within Digital tools/ 3D (CLO 3D).
- Ability to embrace diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity.
- Passion for empowering our Athletes/Teams and making their dreams come true.
- Highly skilled at building narrative and storytelling.
- Previous uniform design experience is preferred.
- CLO 3D experience is a must have.
