We are seeking a creative, solution-focused Marketing Project Coordinator to manage both internal and external relationships with the social media platform. This role requires a customer-centric mindset and a heart to serve, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and optimized results from the platform.
This is a 25 hours a week ( with ability to flex up to 30-40 hours when workload requires) freelance opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, social media publishing platforms (posting & troubleshooting), Facebook & Meta platforms, and
template testing, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors related to the platform.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
- Act as a liaison between creative teams and technical stakeholders to ensure that platform capabilities align with project needs and goals.
- Leverage creative thinking to solve challenges related to platform use, asset management, and content distribution.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and collaborate with teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure that creative content is optimized and efficiently deployed through the platform.
- Oversee the daily use and management of the platform, ensuring that all operations, campaigns and projects are executed smoothly.
- Act as the SME for the Social Media platform and main point of contact for the field.
- Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams, helping them fully leverage the platform's features.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure that asset designs and content are aligned with technical requirements on the platform.
- Collaborate with the technology team to maintain an in-depth understanding
of platform updates, ensuring all creative processes are optimized and up to date.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, support tickets, and deadlines, staying
calm under pressure while delivering high-quality results.
- Troubleshooting and process management:
Required
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably with a focus on social media platforms or creative technology.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to solve problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience with digital asset management, template testing, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Uberall or similar social media publishing platforms.
- Expert knowledge and experience with Facebook and troubleshooting Facebook posting issues.
- Experience in creative-focused roles, understanding social media and digital marketing.

This position is with Creative360 (C360), Creative Circle's managed services division. C360 builds and manages creative and marketing project teams and dedicated studios on behalf of our clients. A C360Engagement Lead will oversee the scope, deliverables, reporting, and operations support, so you can focus on the things you do best!
