The Senior Graphic Designer is directly responsible for facilitating the production and distribution of branded creative assets throughout our enterprise for use across all channels including in-store, print, digital and social media. The Lead Graphic Designer will support the marketing organization in the creation of a variety of graphic assets, adhering to brand guidelines and placement best practices.
This role requires strong graphic design skills with a strong attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple projects at once, and a passion for helping develop quality creative that drives results.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Creates concepts for campaigns across all channels including print and digital, specifically those that are highly urgent that can’t be developed by creative team or outside agencies.
• Develop, design and produce concepts that meet a variety of campaign objectives, while meeting tight deadlines and staying within budget.
• Communicating and collaborating with a variety of teams—business units, divisions, marketing pillars and in-store departments--to ensure needs are met.
• Continuous learning to keep skills and industry knowledge current.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of graphic design, very well-versed in the Adobe Creative Suite (Portfolio will be required with passwords).
• Strong creative eye with a foundational understanding of design, visual storytelling and branding best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
* Experience with After Effects and Figma ideal but not required.
• Understanding of basic UX/UI principals a plus.
• Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies and channels.
• Must have a strong knowledge of typography, color, image creation/adjustment and layout best practices.
• Comfortable working in CMS (Content Management Systems) platforms and other social media management tools. Examples include but are not required: Sprinklr, Percolate, Box.
