Position Overview:
The Social Media & Special Projects Graphic Designer will focus on creating visually compelling content that enhances Lola Blankets’ social media presence, special events, and campaign imagery. This retainer-based role involves working closely with the social media manager to stay ahead of design trends and ensure the brand remains relevant across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of creativity, an eye for trends, and the ability to craft engaging visuals that captivate audiences across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and potentially other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging graphics for posting on social media platforms including posts, stories, and promotional content
- Collaborate with the social media manager to develop innovative visual content that aligns with current design trends
- Create eye-catching imagery for special events, product launches, and marketing campaigns
- Assist in the visual execution of special projects that require unique, trend-forward designs
- Ensure all designs are consistent with Lola Blankets’ brand image and guidelines
- Stay updated with design trends, social media best practices, and new content formats
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards
