Pay Range: $67 - $72/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop human-centered experiences through conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Optimize experience architecture for usability while accommodating technical and business constraints.
- Review peer deliverables to ensure alignment with design patterns and brand standards.
- Conduct user interviews and usability sessions to gather actionable insights.
- Manage multiple projects in an agile environment, delivering assets like wireframes and flow diagrams.
- Validate that code is built as designed, adhering to brand standards and style guides.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of related work experience in UX or the digital industry, with at least one year in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred emphasis on Service Design, Experience Architecture, or Information Architecture), or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design software, with experience in Replit or AI tools.
- Strong understanding of UX best practices, interactive design principles, and information architecture.
- Familiarity with CSS and responsive design.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a collaborative environment.
