Job Overview
Individual, freelance Facebook Ads Manager, you’ll design, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns that support business goals across digital channels. You’ll use performance marketing, audience insights, and web analytics to guide decisions, manage campaign budgets, and improve results. This role works across social media advertising, paid search marketing, and e-commerce initiatives.
Duties
- Build and manage Facebook Advertising campaigns, applying PPC (pay-per-click) campaign management practices and coordinating with Google Ads, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Bing Ads, and Twitter Ads as needed.
- Plan media buying and media planning; manage marketing campaign budgets and evaluate budgets in search marketing.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, spreadsheets, and pivot tables to track performance and prepare web analytics reporting.
- Apply data-driven decision making, marketing analytics, and media performance analytics to identify opportunities for conversion optimization.
- Coordinate social media management, affiliate marketing, keyword research, SEO (search engine optimization), SEO tools, and SEM (search engine marketing) to support integrated digital marketing.

Qualifications
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and digital marketing, including social media advertising or performance marketing.
- Degree in marketing or 3 years of Facebook Advertising and digital marketing experience.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, web analytics reporting, spreadsheets, and marketing analytics.
- Knowledge of paid search marketing, SEM, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or related campaign platforms.
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret campaign data, and communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, conversion optimization, SEO, affiliate marketing, or media buying is preferred.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 3.0 per week
