Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida, on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent design across platforms and devices.
- Translate business requirements into effective user experiences.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve designs based on user needs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
