Are you a detail-oriented professional designer with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of marketing principles, and a creative approach to problem-solving? Are you capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail? Our client is seeking an experienced professional Graphic Designer to support sales and marketing efforts as well as client benefit communications for enrollment campaigns. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating a wide range of print and digital collateral, ensuring consistency across all mediums, and delivering high-quality designs that align with brand standards.
Portfolio Note: To be considered, candidates must have print and digital experience, and have a portfolio with samples showing adherence to brand guidelines while being visually appealing. Strong preference to candidates with insurance, benefits, and/or financial services product experience.
You Will:
- Lead the design and production of marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, posters, flyers, presentations, and digital assets such as social media graphics and email templates
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and support sales initiatives
- Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines and meets the highest quality standards
- Develop and maintain visual consistency across all digital platforms, including websites and social media channels
- Design and produce communication materials for enrollment campaigns, such as postcards, benefit guides, posters, and HTML emails, ensuring they effectively convey the intended message to diverse audiences
- Work closely with account managers and clients to customize enrollment communication materials, ensuring they align with client-specific branding and campaign goals
- Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging visual content that simplifies complex benefit information for participants
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design practices and enhance team capabilities
- Facilitate the optimization of design activities by analyzing metrics from websites, emails, and social media, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and other team members as needed
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both print and digital media
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Familiarity with web content management systems, particularly WordPress and its page builder tools (Elementor, Beaver Builder, etc.) preferred
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a solid understanding of web design principles a plus
- Experience with email marketing platforms and the creation of HTML email templates a plus
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles
- Ability to create visually compelling designs that communicate effectively across various mediums
- Proficiency in multimedia design and development, including video, PPT presentations, and animated GIFs preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
