Job Summary:

Our mission is to create a community where fashion meets purpose, and we are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Freelance Social Media Manager and Marketing Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, relationship management, and graphic design.
Responsibilities:
**Social Media Strategy:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to resonate with them.
**Content Creation:**
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Conduct thorough research to identify the most effective social media channels for our target audience.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
**Community Management:**
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a sense of community.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track engagement and adjust our strategy accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
**Campaign Management:**
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and product launches.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, to create visually appealing graphics and designs.
**Influencer Partnerships:**
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
- Manage influencer relationships and track the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Proficiency in graphic design and the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the women’s fashion market.
