Job Description
As a Freelance Supervisor on the Sponsorship and Experiential Marketing team, you work with the larger Sponsorship and Experiential Marketing team to implement fully integrated programs that are anchored with live event experiences. You will work with your teams to assist in implementing strategies, on-site activation and event execution to generate consumer engagement that provides measurable results, increased brand consideration, and improved ROI of engagement marketing efforts. You will collaborate with other Saatchi departments, partners and vendors to support the event components with relevant paid media, PR, social and custom content – while always remaining rooted in our client’s business and department objectives.
Success for this position is measured by the ability to support your team as it works to deliver smart strategy and effective planning on client programs. Success will also be viewed as the ability to collaboratively work with multiple client and 3rd party partners, prioritizing and supporting multiple projects.
An ideal candidate will have a true passion and a keen understanding of the experiential marketing landscape and have 5+ years of experience, preferably in an agency setting working in sponsorships, event marketing, promotion, management or production.
Roles and Responsibilities include:

Executing against client’s Sponsorship and Experiential Marketing strategy

Reporting to Director in Dallas across a range of programs

Supporting the development and execution of programs from start to finish
-
Day to day contact for multiple clients
-
Identify cross promotional/departmental opportunities to maximize sponsorships and partnerships
-
Interface with multiple internal Saatchi teams, maintaining relationships to help maximize the effectiveness of programs.

Support category budgeting across multiple initiatives
-
Day to day outreach to event/activation/brand partners
-
Ongoing assessment of competitive landscape
-
Travel up to 30%

Qualifications
Candidate experience should include:
-
Implementation of strategic plans for client and agency projects, leveraging industry and sponsorship knowledge.

A proven level of comfort interfacing professionally and effectively with clients on a daily basis.

Depth of knowledge about the sponsorship and event industry including examples of activation, contract negotiation, measurement, valuation and sponsorship/partner relationship building

Cross functional familiarity with paid media, PR and social platforms to support on-site elements

Excellent communication and presentation skills (written/verbal)

Exemplary attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively

Proven ability to report to multiple Directors in different offices across the country

Self-starter comfortable working remotely when necessary

Familiarity and understanding of budgeting and timeline management

Proven ability to meet critical deadlines

Keen awareness of the latest trends in tech, fashion, culture, media, lifestyle

Background working in the outdoor industry (i.e. fishing, recreation, adventure), sports, entertainment and automotive is highly valued

Experience working with professional athletes, influencers and/or celebrities is a plus

Compensation Range: $33.65 - $56.49/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 08/23/24.
