Speed Dial is a new call-in style show for the VC, tech, and startup world. A-list guests, from pro athletes and celebrities to top VCs and founders like Mark Zuckerberg, drop in for quick segments with real-time market takes. Less interview, more intel. It's built by Atlas Berry (@atlasberry008), one of the fastest-growing voices in venture and tech.
We record every Friday, and each episode becomes about five clips. On top of that, Atlas posts two reels a day. Your job is to get all of it seen: Speed Dial's channels first, then Atlas's Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X.
Your role includes:
- Posting to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X, and running the calendar
- Writing hooks, on-screen text, and captions for each platform
- Testing. When a clip pops, running back new versions with a different hook or b-roll
- Choosing which clips go where, and pulling or recutting extra moments when an episode has more in it
- Working with guests' teams on collabs and cross-posting, and engaging in comments and DMs
- Tracking what's working on each platform and reporting weekly
How You're Measured
- Primary: total impressions and channel growth across the channels you run
- Tracked: clips shipped per platform each week
The Role
- $3,000 to $5,000/month to start. Part time, remote. Must overlap with US Eastern hours.
- One-month paid trial, then a path to full time as your scope grows across Atlas's channels.
- You'll be in the room with top founders, investors, and athletes every week, on a show built to grow.
Skill Requirements (must have all five. Do not apply if you do not have all five)
- You live in the feeds. You know how Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X each work, what's trending on each this week, and how to adapt one clip for all four.
- You follow tech, venture, and startups. When a guest makes a call on AI, a big raise, or the markets, you know why it matters and who will care.
- AI tools are part of your daily workflow. You use Claude, ChatGPT, or Sandcastles every day and have built your own content workflows with them.
- You've worked on the social or clips side of a big show or channel. You can link to clips you posted that are live today and tell us how they did.
- You have an eye for the clip. Hand you a 30-minute conversation and you'll pull the moments that work on their own (a hot take, a surprising number, a sharp back-and-forth), then write the hook that makes people stop scrolling. You can do a basic edit yourself or give an editor precise notes.
Nice to Have
- You've grown an account of your own
- You're based in the US
This is not for you if:
- You need to be told what to post next
- You post a clip once and move on instead of testing new versions
- You're not analytical or used to making data-driven decisions
- You're not genuinely into tech and venture
- You can't move fast. A take is only hot for a day or two
TL;DR: Speed Dial puts A-list guests in front of a fast-growing audience every week, and someone has to turn each episode into the clips everyone sees. If you've done this on a big show and want to grow with us, apply. If not, don't.
