About The Role
The role owns the social media presence across channels — turning product launches, thought leadership, and brand moments into content that grows audience and drives engagement on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Social is a first-touch channel for both brand and demand. This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and analytics, shaping how a fast-growing tech company shows up publicly every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, publishing 15-20 pieces of content weekly
- Plan and execute social amplification for product launches, events, and campaigns in partnership with content and demand-gen teams
- Grow follower base and engagement rates; set targets per channel and report monthly on reach, engagement, and traffic contribution
- Write and edit platform-native copy — no repurposed press releases — and direct short-form video production with in-house or freelance creators
- Manage paid social budgets across LinkedIn Ads and Meta, optimizing creative and audience targeting based on CAC and CTR
- Monitor social listening and community sentiment; flag trends, risks, and content opportunities to leadership weekly
- Run experiments on formats, posting cadence, and hooks, and document what works
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years running social media for a B2B or B2C tech brand, with measurable follower and engagement growth
- Hands-on with scheduling, listening, and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, GA4)
- Experience producing and directing short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), including working with creators or agencies
- Strong, fast writing with a distinct voice; portfolio of social content required
- Familiarity with paid social platforms and budget management
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with employee advocacy programs, executive ghostwriting on LinkedIn, or community management on Discord/Slack
