About SIGNL
SIGNL connects local creators with local businesses. The business comps your visit, you post honestly about it within 48 hours, and SIGNL tracks the post and the results for the business. We are building founding creator rosters in Hampton Roads, Richmond, Raleigh and Washington DC. Founding rosters lock on November 1, in sign-up order.
The role
Join the SIGNL founding creator roster for Hampton Roads. Businesses near you offer comped meals, services and experiences. You pick the offers that fit you, visit like a customer, and post 1 post or reel plus 2 stories within 48 hours, honest and disclosed. Your words, your opinion. Nobody scripts you, and nobody can require a positive post.
What you get
- Comped visits from local businesses in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and across the 757.
- A paid lane on top: list your own rate for direct paid bookings and keep 97 percent of it. Payment on paid bookings is held by SIGNL and released when your post is live. Creators with 15,000 or more followers are first in line for paid cash campaigns. Comp-only is always fine, forever.
- Momentum points for finishing your profile, posting on time, and referring other creators (+3 per sign-up through your link, +10 per approval). Points order the creator list businesses see.
What it costs
Nothing. SIGNL is free for creators. Always. Businesses pay the platform. You never pay to join, to list, or to get booked.
Who this fits
You post about local food, coffee, beauty, fitness, or local life. 500 followers is enough to start. Tiers are automatic from your total audience across platforms: Neighbors 500 to 2,000, Locals 2,000 to 15,000, Headliners 15,000 and up. Everyday local creators are the core of this roster.
The fine print, plainly
This is a contract creator roster, not a salaried position. There are no set hours, no office, and no minimum number of visits. You choose every offer. Founding spots are held in sign-up order, and every founding application gets a decision or a clear status within 2 business days.
How to apply
Apply through the link and claim your founding spot. Claiming takes under a minute: handle, market, email, password. You finish your full profile after approval.
