About TRNCH
TRNCH is a non-custodial swap aggregator built on Robinhood Chain, the new Ethereum layer 2 from Robinhood. We built it for traders who want to find new tokens early without walking into scams.
Our Heat lists new tokens as they launch, checks each one before it’s shown and removes a token within seconds if its liquidity is pulled. When you trade, every swap compares six routers (KyberSwap, LI.FI, Uniswap, 0x, SushiSwap and 1inch) to give you the best price. You always trade from your own wallet; we never hold your funds.
We’re a small team EU and US based that ships every week, and we’re now building the community around the product.
The role
We’re hiring 5 ambassadors to represent TRNCH on X, YouTube, Telegram and the other places where traders spend their time. You’ll be the voice of TRNCH in your community: you’ll show people how the product works, bring active traders to the platform, and tell us what they like and what they miss so we can improve it.
This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours. You decide when and how you create, as long as the content is original and useful to traders.
Your responsibilities
- Create regular content about TRNCH in your own style: threads, videos, tutorials, recaps, live sessions or memes.
- Bring active traders to the platform with your personal ambassador link.
- Answer questions from your community and pass their feedback on to our team.
- Take part in our campaigns and test new features before they launch.
- Disclose your affiliation with TRNCH in your content.
Who we’re looking for
- You’re active in crypto and you enjoy explaining how things work.
- You have an audience on X, YouTube or Telegram, or you’re ready to build one.
- You’re consistent: you’d rather post good content every week than one big post a month.
- You’re based in the United States, Europe or Asia.
- No degree, CV or prior ambassador experience is required. We hire on results.
How the hiring process works
There’s no CV and no interview call.
The interview is a 30-day paid challenge, open to everyone and every participant earns from day one.
Sign up. Sign-ups open October 25 at 12:00 UTC on trnch.fun/ambassadors. Joining takes about a minute: you connect your wallet (no deposit needed, and we will never ask for your seed phrase), link your X account and get your personal referral link.
Compete. The challenge runs from November 1 to December 1 (UTC). You create content and bring traders with your link. A contest Telegram channel shares ready-to-post material three times a day.
Get scored. Each week, you receive a score out of 100: 70% comes from the trading volume of the traders you bring, compared with the best participant of the week, and 30% from the quality of your content, graded by our team on consistency, originality, clarity and real engagement.
Get hired. Your final score is the average of the four weeks, so every week counts. The 5 best scores are hired. Rankings are checked before the announcement, and results are published within 72 hours after the challenge ends.
Compensation
During the challenge all participants earn 25% of the trading fees generated by the traders they bring, automatically paid every Sunday in stablecoin on Robinhood Chain. You keep your link and this rate after the challenge, even if you’re not selected.
As an ambassador (top 5):
- A fixed monthly salary
- Up to 50% of the trading fees you generate
- A monthly marketing campaign budget.
You also get a direct line to our team, early access to new features and an Ambassador badge on your TRNCH and X profile.
What your community gets
- Your community benefits from the first trade.
- Traders who use your link get 10% off their fees and earn TRNCH points on every trade, swap or bridge.
- They also get their own referral link and earn 25% of the fees of the friends they invite.
If you finish in the top 10, the traders who joined through your link receive bonus TRNCH points.
The more your community trades, the more you climb the leaderboard, and the more they earn alongside you.
Rules
- Only trading volume on Robinhood Chain counts, bridges to Robinhood Chain included.
- Self-referral and team wallets are excluded.
- Spam, bots and fake engagement lead to disqualification.
- One account per person.
- Content must be original and must disclose your affiliation.
- No promise of gains and no financial advice in your content.
FAQ
Do I need a big audience?
No. A smaller, engaged audience that actually trades often scores better than a large passive one.
Do I need to invest money?
No. Joining is free and needs no deposit. You only connect a wallet to receive your payouts.
What if I don’t finish in the top 5?
You keep everything you earned during the challenge, your referral link and your 25% rate.
How are payments made?
