About The Wells Michael Collective
The Wells Michael Collective is an independent luxury real estate brokerage in Ladue, Missouri, led by partners Justin Michael and Suzie Wells. We represent significant homes across St. Louis and present them through architecture, design and the lives lived inside them.
The role
You will be the creative voice of The Wells Michael Collective across every screen and every printed page. You will own our social presence from concept to camera to caption, build the content strategy behind it, and design the brochures, mailers and campaigns that put our homes and our people in front of the right audience.
You will sit at the table with both partners and shape how the brand looks and sounds as it grows. Your ideas will move from sketch to published within days, with no agency layers or committee approvals in between. This is an in office and in field position, split between our Ladue office and shoots, listings and events across St. Louis.
What you will own
Social media production and publishing
- Plan, shoot, edit and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Produce short form video, reels and stories for every listing, from Coming Soon through Sold
- Direct photographers and videographers on set so every shoot matches the brand
- Write captions with an editorial voice: precise, warm and free of real estate clichés
- Manage the posting calendar, community replies and direct messages
Content strategy
- Build and run a monthly content strategy tied to listings, market moments, advisors and the St. Louis lifestyle
- Track performance every month and turn the numbers into next month's plan
- Develop recurring series that give people a reason to follow us: home stories, architecture, neighborhoods, design
- Grow audience quality as well as audience size, with the goal of reaching the clients who buy and sell significant homes
Brand design
- Design listing collateral in Canva: brochures, feature sheets, postcards, mailers and presentation pieces
- Keep every asset on brand using our Canva Brand Kit, palette and typography
- Prepare print files with correct bleed and specs for our print partners
- Build InDesign layouts for longer editorial pieces as the brand expands
Brand expansion
- Launch new advisors with a polished public profile and content plan
- Support press, magazine ads, events and community partnerships
- Help build the visual playbook that will carry the brand into new markets
What you bring
Required
- 3+ years producing social content and design work for a brand, ideally in luxury, hospitality, fashion, design or real estate
- Advanced Canva skills, with a portfolio that proves it
- An eye for elevation: you know the difference between expensive and significant, and your work shows restraint
- Strong photo and video skills on a phone and in an editing app such as CapCut, Premiere Rush or Lightroom
- Clear, polished writing with a natural editorial voice
- Comfort with analytics on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Organized, self directed and able to run a calendar with many moving parts
- Based in St. Louis and able to be on site at shoots, events and the Ladue office

- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator
- Experience with print production and working with print vendors
- Experience directing photographers, videographers or stylists
- A following or portfolio built around architecture, interiors or St. Louis
Please include a portfolio. We hire on the strength of the work.
