Job Description
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to design and develop user-friendly web applications and customer journey interfaces. The role involves user research, interaction design, prototyping, and collaboration with development teams to build end-to-end web applications integrated with Azure, Databricks, and customer data.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Customer 360 and customer journey web interfaces.
- Conduct user research, create prototypes, and apply design thinking principles.
- Develop intuitive and interactive user experiences for web applications and reports.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate UI components with backend services and APIs.
- Support integrations with Azure and Databricks for customer data.
- Ensure application usability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready applications.
Required Skills
