Trident Consulting is seeking a "Ophthalmology Medical Writer ” for one of our client in " Aliso Viejo, CA ” A global leader in business and technology services.
Position: Ophthalmology Medical Writer
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (W2)
Pay Rate: $44/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare clinical study reports, protocols, and scientific documents.
- Review clinical data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and edit abstracts, posters, presentations, and scientific publications.
- Conduct medical and scientific literature searches.
- Collaborate with Clinical, R&D, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple writing projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field- training and experience (PhD or MD, experience in ophthalmology specifically drugs
- 2–5 years of experience in medical writing, clinical research, pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
- Strong scientific writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of clinical research and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with clinical study reports, protocols, or scientific publications preferred.
- Ophthalmology experience is Mandatory
