Position: Freelance Social Media Manager
Role Overview:
The Freelance Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and creating high-quality content for Maggie Sellers’ Instagram and TikTok accounts. This role includes ensuring a consistent flow of engaging content, meeting deadlines, and leveraging AI tools for caption and script generation. This role is located in Beverly Hills, California.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Plan, create, and schedule weekly posts on Instagram and TikTok, including video and photo content.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging text, images, and videos for Instagram and TikTok.
- Content Sourcing: Collaborate on sourcing new and existing content from past posts and videos.
- Creative Direction: Guide the creative process to ensure alignment with Maggie’s brand.
- Advertising: Assist with planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Project Management: Organize and delegate tasks to meet content deadlines.
- AI Utilization: Use AI tools like ChatGPT to emulate Maggie Sellers’ writing style for captions and scripts.
- Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to best practices and FTC guidelines for sponsored content.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the influencer or media industry.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including their best practices.
• Familiarity with social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Dash Hudson).
• Proficient in social media management and scheduling tools.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and creativity skills.
• Familiarity with video editing processes.
• Experience in project management and strong organizational skills.
• Passion for content creation and a deep understanding of social media trends.
Success Metrics:
• Consistent creation of 7 posts per week, plus Stories.
• Significant growth in Instagram and TikTok audience size, impressions, and engagement.
