Ciao Ristorante is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Italian Freelance Writer to develop engaging written content related to Italian cuisine, restaurant offerings, dining experiences, and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging content about Italian cuisine, menu offerings, and dining experiences
- Develop descriptions for menu items, including pasta, pizza, appetizers, and desserts
- Create website copy, blog articles, and restaurant feature content
- Prepare promotional content for seasonal menus, special events, and dining offers
- Write social media captions and other digital marketing materials
- Research Italian culinary traditions, ingredients, and food culture
- Adapt writing style to match the restaurant's brand voice and target audience
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy
- Collaborate with restaurant management or marketing staff to gather information
- Incorporate feedback and complete revisions within agreed deadlines
- Maintain consistent terminology across menus and promotional materials
- Organize assignments and manage multiple writing projects independently
Qualifications
- Previous freelance writing, copywriting, content creation, or editorial experience preferred
- Excellent written English and strong grammar skills
