Job Description
As a Senior Program Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end project management of large projects, or a portfolio of projects including: large-scale advertising campaigns, TV and Print productions, social and/or mobile platform campaigns. You are responsible for your team delivering a completed project on time, on specification, and on budget. The Senior Program Manager also manages senior level relationships, and oversees implementation of tactical plans while ensuring deliverables are on strategy and meet quality standards.
You must demonstrate an excellent understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodology, and flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver balanced integrated solutions.
To be successful here, you must understand how to navigate and manage team and project expectations, budgets for assigned jobs ensuring projects/accounts remain on budget, schedule, and strategy to maintain highest possible quality. You must be highly adaptable to a fast-paced, high-volume environment, organized, stay calm under pressure and be highly detail-oriented with an ability to influence and lead others in these areas. As this role is specific to Walmart, experience with retail clients is a big plus. The work is fast paced and challenging, but overall very exciting.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with account management, creative, strategy and production staff in managing assigned projects

Manage risk mitigation related to scope and quality including communicating a clear description of problems and potential solutions to senior staff, in anticipation of, or when issues arise

Manage internal project meetings which includes scheduling meetings, capturing notes and ensuring next steps are clearly outlined with timing

Supervise and QA internal review process, approvals, presentation preparation and presentation/delivery

Ensure time tracking and budget reconciliations are accurate and updated

Materially contribute to project deliverables where appropriate

Ensure Quality Assurance is carried out on all deliverables

Capture project assets and maintain them in an organized folder structure to move them through the project lifecycle

Maintain project documentation updated in real time
Qualifications

5-7 years of project management or production experience in a interactive or integrated agency or similar environment.

Demonstrated ability to solve problems with the solution that works for all parties without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project.

Successful history of project leadership to clients and account, with demonstrable experience in setting and managing stakeholder expectations.

A professional but approachable demeanor, and the ability to handle with grace the uncertainties associated with a consulting environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
