We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join a creative team on a short-term Contract assignment in Thousand Oaks, California. This opportunity is ideal for a designer who can create visually striking digital out-of-home content that captures attention immediately and delivers a strong on-screen impact. The role offers the chance to contribute to concept development or production execution, depending on experience level, within a fast-paced project expected to run approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks.
Responsibilities:
• Create compelling motion graphics for large-format digital billboard placements designed to stand out in high-visibility environments.
• Develop animation sequences in Adobe After Effects that translate creative ideas into engaging visual experiences.
• Contribute to concept exploration by shaping visual approaches that maximize audience engagement and screen presence.
• Support production workflows by assembling, refining, and exporting motion assets for final delivery.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align design execution with project goals, timing, and brand direction.
• Apply motion design principles to ensure pacing, composition, and movement are effective for digital out-of-home media.
• Edit and adjust visual elements as needed to improve clarity, impact, and overall presentation quality.
• At least 2 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or a closely related creative field.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe After Effects.
• Demonstrated ability to produce motion design work for digital screens, advertising, or branded visual content.
• Solid understanding of animation timing, visual composition, and storytelling through motion.
• Experience supporting either high-level creative concepting or detailed production-based execution.
• Video editing capabilities with an eye for clean, engaging visual output.
• Ability to manage a short project timeline and deliver quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
