We are seeking a B2B Integrated Marketing Contractor to support marketing initiatives across North America and LATAM, with a strong focus on event marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and executing B2B events, conferences, webinars, exhibitions, and integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on generating enterprise leads and contributing to sales pipeline. This role will work closely with sales and global cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs and strengthen market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of integrated B2B marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enterprise lead generation across North America and LATAM.
- Develop and execute event marketing plans aligned with business objectives, including webinars, conferences, exhibitions, roadshows, and other industry events.
- Own end-to-end event execution, including planning, vendor coordination, logistics, stakeholder management, budget tracking, and post-event follow-up.
- Identify and coordinate partnership and sponsorship opportunities, support community engagement initiatives, and assist with industry award submissions.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across events, field marketing, partner marketing, digital, ATL, BTL, and performance channels.
- Support demand-generation initiatives and coordinate closely with sales teams on lead qualification, follow-up, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
- Manage and update local social media channels to support communication and engagement with target audiences.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and ensure consistent messaging across marketing and sales activities.
- Work with global and regional cross-functional teams to leverage shared resources and maintain consistent messaging across markets.
- Manage multiple projects, vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders simultaneously while ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Support post-event reporting, lead follow-up, ROI measurement, and continuous improvement of marketing programs.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within cloud, SaaS, enterprise IT, telecommunications, technology services, or a related industry.
- Hands-on experience executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including events, field marketing, partnerships, digital marketing, and sales enablement.
- Proven experience owning large-scale industry events, conferences, roadshows, executive forums, webinars, or exhibitions from planning through execution and post-event analysis.
- Experience with end-to-end event management, including vendor coordination, logistics, budget tracking, stakeholder management, and post-event lead follow-up.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams on lead generation, lead qualification, pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to evaluate campaign performance using business metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution rather than focusing solely on impressions or engagement.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendors, projects, and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with North American and/or LATAM markets is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required to coordinate with sales teams, customers, vendors, and global stakeholders across North America and LATAM.
- Professional Chinese communication skills required to collaborate effectively with China-based leadership and global Chinese-speaking teams on marketing strategy, execution, and business communications.
- Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with partner marketing programs, ABM/enterprise campaigns, regional or multi-country marketing programs, and budget ownership is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
