Graphic Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join a collaborative creative team supporting a variety of print and digital design projects. This role will have a strong print and packaging design focus, with an emphasis on creating, updating, and preparing production-ready artwork.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects while working within established brand guidelines and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with members of the creative and marketing teams to support a variety of design needs
- Create, maintain, and update existing design files and creative assets
- Develop and adapt designs according to established brand guidelines
- Create and update product labels and packaging artwork
- Edit and prepare product photography for use across print and digital materials
- Develop and utilize design templates for product labels and other creative materials
- Prepare files for final print and digital production
- Review artwork for accuracy, consistency, and errors before final production
- Interpret technical documents and specifications for use in packaging and label design
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
- Professional experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to print, packaging, labeling, or production design
- Strong understanding of the print production process
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors before production
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Acrobat
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in a Windows environment
- Experience preparing production-ready files for print and digital use
