Position Summary
USA Triathlon is hiring a Content Manager to help build and operate the content engine for USA Triathlon, USA TRI, and the USA Triathlon Foundation as we head toward the LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games and beyond. This role sits at the center of our storytelling operation—finding the people, moments, and stories that matter and turning them into compelling content across social, digital, editorial, and other channels. You’ll work closely with athletes, coaches, race directors, clubs, youth, staff, and partners to bring the sport to life and help more people understand why triathlon matters.
You’ll help tell the full story of triathlon: from Olympic and Paralympic athletes and emerging talent to the age group athletes and communities that make the sport possible. You’ll also help create stories that connect audiences to USA Triathlon’s programs, the USA Triathlon Foundation, and our corporate partners. This is a hands-on role for a strong storyteller and organized content operator who can move from idea to execution quickly, manage multiple priorities, and consistently produce work that people want to watch, read, and share.
