Role: Freelance Graphic Designer (freelance part time)
Overview: We are seeking a motivated Freelance Graphic Designer to work on various projects. This part-time freelance opportunity (10-20 hours per week) offers the opportunity to develop your graphic design skills in a supportive, creative environment. The role involves contributing to a variety of design projects across multiple digital platforms and print media, ensuring consistency and quality in visual messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and updating of digital and print materials, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Support the team in the design and formatting of visual content for various e-commerce platforms.
- Organize and maintain digital assets and project files.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling marketing materials as needed, including promotional imagery, social media images, and direct mail pieces.
- Participate in the design process from conceptualization to execution, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Additional design and design related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or 1-2 years of practical experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.
- Open to feedback and direction.
Additional Skills (preferred but not required):
- Experience with digital advertising or social media design.
- Interest in staying updated with the latest design trends and tools.
- An understanding of digital marketing and visual branding.
