Mission: Operate, modernize, optimize, and document Gravity Golf’s existing content, marketing, customer-service, and sales systems so the same body of instructional knowledge produces more audience growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
The Opportunity
Gravity Golf is looking for a creative, organized, technologically capable person to help run and improve an established golf-instruction business. This is not a traditional administrative-assistant role and it is not a blank-slate startup assignment.
Gravity Golf already has decades of instructional knowledge, repeatable operating processes, an existing website and YouTube presence, an email audience, past students, memberships, golf schools, private instruction, online products, customer data, and a large library of educational material.
The person in this role will execute those systems consistently, improve them while using them, incorporate AI and modern tools, measure results, update the SOPs, and gradually make more of the work teachable and delegable to interns or specialists.
The Growth System
Instruction → Long-form YouTube → Shorts/Reels → Graphics → Blog → Email → Social → Website → Lead Follow-up → Membership / Lesson / School / Product
The coordinator’s job is to keep this loop moving and improve the result at each stage. At 10 hours per week, responsibilities are prioritized rather than all completed every week.
Primary Responsibilities
1. YouTube & Video Editing
Edit long-form Gravity Golf instructional videos for clarity, pacing, and retention.
Create short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other appropriate channels.
Add captions, graphics, B-roll, demonstrations, music, and transitions where they improve the lesson.
Upload and schedule videos; create titles, descriptions, chapters, links, and calls-to-action.
Help create and test thumbnail concepts and keep the content pipeline organized.
2. Graphic & Visual Content
Create YouTube thumbnails, blog graphics, social images, email graphics, flyers, event assets, and product/service promotional materials.
Use AI image-generation tools and/or Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Express, or comparable tools.
Maintain a professional, recognizable Gravity Golf visual style while improving click-through and engagement.
3. Website & Blog
Turn instructional videos into useful articles rather than simply publishing raw transcripts.
Publish and format posts in WordPress, embed videos, add images, headings, internal links, offer links, and calls-to-action.
Apply practical SEO basics including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and image alt text.
Help make GravityGolf.com the central destination for email and social traffic.
4. Email & Social Marketing
Build and schedule Constant Contact campaigns and repurpose videos/articles into email content.
Promote instruction, memberships, schools, lessons, events, and products with appropriate offers.
Create and schedule social posts that extend the life of each core piece of content.
Test messaging, subject lines, visuals, and calls-to-action and monitor results.
5. Customer Service & Lead Follow-Up
Respond to website form submissions, customer questions, school inquiries, lesson inquiries, membership questions, and other qualified leads.
Keep customer communication organized in the CRM and make sure opportunities do not disappear because nobody followed up.
Escalate questions that require Daniel while handling routine communication independently.
6. Past Student & Customer Reconnection
Reconnect appropriately with past golf-school students, private-lesson students, previous members, online students, subscribers, and older leads.
Develop useful reasons for people to reconnect rather than relying on generic promotional blasts.
Track responses and identify opportunities for lessons, schools, memberships, or other relevant services.
7. Product, Offer & ROI Optimization
Match content and customer intent to the most appropriate next step: membership, golf school, private instruction, Zoom lesson, online product, event, or other offer.
Help improve Content → Audience → Offer → CTA → Follow-Up → Conversion.
Monitor what actually creates inquiries, sales, repeat engagement, and revenue.
8. AI, Automation & Process Improvement
Use AI to improve video workflows, graphics, articles, emails, customer communication, research, repurposing, analysis, and documentation.
Identify repetitive work that can be simplified, automated, templated, or delegated.
Know when human judgment, brand knowledge, or customer care should remain human.
9. SOPs & Creative Training Systems
Update existing SOPs as processes improve.
Create checklists, templates, reusable AI prompts, screen recordings, and training material.
Help convert repeatable roles into interactive LMS/game-style training so future team members can learn without Daniel reteaching every step.
10. Future Intern Coordination
Help identify tasks that can be delegated to interns or specialists.
As the role grows, help recruit, train, review, and coordinate interns using documented SOPs and quality standards.
Priorities at 10 Hours per Week
1. Video/content production
2. Short-form content and graphics
3. Blog/email/social distribution
4. Customer and lead follow-up
5. Incremental improvement and documentation of the systems being used
The position is intentionally designed to expand as the marketing system creates additional revenue. The first phase is about consistency and leverage—not trying to complete every possible marketing task every week.

Strong video-editing ability
Ability to create effective short-form video
Graphic-design ability using AI and/or traditional tools
Strong written communication
Comfort communicating with customers
Organization, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to learn software quickly

Candidates do not need to be experts in every platform.
Location, Hours & Growth
Remote-first. Preference for candidates in Western North Carolina who can occasionally work in person in Little Switzerland for filming, planning, training, and larger projects. Exceptional remote candidates are welcome.
Approximately 10 hours per week to start at $22/hour. The intention is to increase hours/pay and responsibility as Gravity Golf’s content and customer-growth systems generate additional revenue.
