Compensation Range: $61 - 64 per hour
Are you a seasoned apparel designer and hands-on creator ready to shape industry-defining collections on fast-turnaround timelines? Partner with a world-renowned athletic and streetwear footwear/apparel brand to drive revolutionary aesthetics for fast-to-market speed initiatives. In this strategic role, you will lead end-to-end design execution from initial concept sketches and chassis creation through to final tech pack delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, sketch, and develop trend-right apparel chassis for fast-turnaround, one-year go-to-market timelines.
- Translate seasonal concepts and personal creative direction into market-ready physical and digital apparel products.
- Build comprehensive tech packs and collaborate with Technical Development and Merchant teams to preserve design fidelity from concept to consumer.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across graphic designers, color teams, and external partners to maintain elevated craftsmanship and brand vision.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of dedicated apparel design experience with a strong track record as an individual contributor and "doer."
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator) with proven experience delivering fast-to-market in-line apparel products and chassis silhouettes.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a completed collection that has gone to market from initial sketch to final retail product, reflecting distinct personal taste.
- Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design or equivalent industry experience, combined with exceptional organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
