REQUEST FOR BIDAlready Safe Video & Podcast ProductionHale Dwoskin / Sedona Training AssociatesProject OverviewHale Dwoskin, New York Times bestselling author of The Sedona Method and featured teacher in The Secret, is preparing for the October 19, 2026 release of his new book, Already Safe: Freedom from Anxiety, Fear & Stress With The Sedona Method.
We are seeking an experienced video/content production professional to establish and manage a streamlined production system built primarily around Riverside.
The objective is simple: Hale records and teaches. The producer handles the production process from raw recording through finished, published content.
The initial engagement will support the book's pre-launch beginning October 5, launch beginning October 19, and continuing content campaign through December 31, 2026, with the potential for an ongoing relationship.
1. EXISTING LONG-FORM RETREAT CONTENT
Hale has existing two-hour segments from a recent retreat, originally recorded in Zoom, which will be uploaded into his Riverside Studio.
The producer will:
● Manage and organize source recordings within Riverside.
● Generate and review Riverside Magic Clips.
● Exercise editorial judgment in determining which clips contain strong enough hooks and stand-alone ideas to become Shorts.
● Reject clips that are repetitive, weak, overly dependent on context or otherwise unsuitable.
● Preserve Hale's natural speaking rhythm and pauses rather than over-editing his delivery.
● Make necessary light audio, color, framing and other production adjustments.
● Add AI captions, review and correct as needed.
● Produce finished vertical Shorts suitable for social platforms.
● Develop concise titles/captions/descriptions using Riverside AI summaries as a starting point, editing them for accuracy and effectiveness.
● Add an appropriate CTA directing viewers toward Already Safe, a related full episode, subscription/following, or another supplied campaign destination.
● Create appropriate thumbnails/cover frames where required.
● Publish or schedule approved finished content to the designated platforms.
2. NEW ALREADY SAFE TEACHING SERIES
Hale will record new approximately 10–20 minute teaching segments in Riverside, focused specifically on concepts and ideas from the book, Already Safe. These recordings will serve two purposes.
A. Branded Long-Form EpisodesThe producer will create finished episodes suitable for YouTube and appropriate podcast/video platforms.
Before regular episode production begins, the producer will develop a reusable visual/audio identity for the Already Safe series, including:
● Cold Open
Pull approximately 15–20 seconds of the strongest hook from within each individual episode and place it at the beginning.
● Animated Branded Intro
Create a short animated Already Safe title sequence incorporating approved book/series branding and appropriate music.
● Standard Hale Introduction
Incorporate a separately recorded approximately 15–20 second Hale introduction to the series.
● Episode
Minor clean up edits on Hale's 10–20 minute teaching while preserving his natural presentation style.
● End Card
Create a consistent branded end card incorporating the appropriate CTA and Subscribe/Like animation.
IMPORTANT APPROVAL STEPThe producer will first create one complete sample treatment showing the proposed animation, typography, music, transitions, opening structure and end card. This package must be submitted to Hale Dwoskin and Diane Armitage for approval before being applied across the series. Once approved, it becomes the production template for subsequent episodes.
The producer will also create a compelling custom thumbnail for every long-form YouTube episode, consistent with the approved series identity while allowing the individual episode topic/hook to stand out.
3. SHORTS FROM NEW ALREADY SAFE EPISODES
Each new long-form recording should also be evaluated for potential Shorts. The producer will:
● Identify the strongest stand-alone moments.
● Prioritize a compelling opening/hook.
● Create finished vertical Shorts.
● Perform necessary audio/color/framing adjustments.
● Create and correct captions.
● Preserve Hale's natural delivery.
● Prepare title/caption/description and CTA.
● Prepare appropriate thumbnail/cover frame where the platform requires or benefits from one.
● Publish/schedule approved Shorts to designated platforms.
Shorts do NOT require the animated branded opening used on the long-form episodes. The content should begin immediately with the hook.
4. PLATFORM SETUP & PODCAST DISTRIBUTION
The producer will establish the Already Safe teaching series on agreed platforms using supplied branding and approved messaging.
This includes:
● Set up/configure the podcast/show identity.
● Apply supplied branded artwork and show information.
● Establish/configure the appropriate podcast host and RSS feed.
● Submit/claim the show on agreed major podcast platforms.
● Establish the repeatable workflow for future episode distribution.
● Upload finished branded video episodes directly to YouTube.
● Publish/distribute audio versions to appropriate podcast platforms.
● Confirm that feeds and platform listings are functioning properly.
The producer should recommend the most efficient platform/hosting configuration as part of the bid.
5. TITLES, DESCRIPTIONS, THUMBNAILS & PLATFORM OPTIMIZATION
The producer will be responsible for production-level optimization of each asset.
For long-form episodes, this includes:
● Compelling episode title.
● Custom thumbnail.
● Accurate, engaging description based upon the episode/transcript.
● Appropriate CTA and links supplied for the campaign.
● Relevant topic/search language.
● Chapters/timestamps when useful.
● Appropriate hashtags/tags/metadata where beneficial.
● Platform-specific formatting and optimization.
For Shorts:
● Strong opening/hook.
● Concise title/caption.
● Accurate short description.
● Appropriate CTA.
● Relevant hashtags/metadata where useful.
● Correct vertical formatting and captions.
The goal is not keyword stuffing. Optimization should help platforms and prospective viewers understand what the content is about while emphasizing compelling packaging, viewer retention and engagement.
.
TOTAL Estimated Initial Production VolumeOctober 5–December 31:
100-150 finished Shorts
11–13 finished long-form episodes
Final publishing volume may be somewhat lower than production volume. We want enough finished material to select the strongest content rather than publish every AI-generated clip simply because it exists.
7. PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK
The producer will periodically review basic platform performance to help improve future production decisions. We’re particularly interested in:
● Which hooks/topics generate the strongest initial response.
● Viewer retention/watch time.
● Percentage viewed, particularly for Shorts.
● Click/view behavior on titles and thumbnails where available.
● Engagement.
● Which long-form episodes generate Shorts that perform particularly well.
● Patterns that should influence future clip selection, thumbnails, titles and episode packaging.
We are not requesting a complex marketing analytics program. We want practical feedback that helps the producer and team make better content decisions as the series develops. (Perhaps first report around Oct. 19-22 and then monthly from there.)
8. WORKFLOW & RESPONSIBILITIES
Hale Dwoskin will:● Provide/record the teaching.
● Approve the initial branded series treatment.
● Provide final substantive approval when necessary.
Diane Armitage will:● Provide overall marketing/content strategy.
● Provide approved book messaging, campaign CTAs and branding direction.
● Participate with Hale in approval of the initial series identity/template.
Producer will:● Own the Riverside production workflow.
● Manage source material and AI clip generation.
● Exercise editorial judgment in clip selection.
● Edit/finish long- and short-form assets.
● Create series animation and production package.
● Create thumbnails.
● Create/refine production-level titles/descriptions.
● Manage captions, audio/color cleanup and formatting.
● Establish podcast/RSS/platform production infrastructure.
● Publish/schedule finished assets.
● Provide basic performance feedback and use it to improve future content selection and packaging.
The producer is not being asked to create Hale's overall marketing strategy, manage paid advertising, write email campaigns or develop the broader book-launch campaign.
