Job Summary
Hilton's Global Marketing & Loyalty team is seeking a driven and detail-oriented social media professional to join its Luxury brand marketing team. This role plays a critical part in shaping how Hilton's Luxury brands, including Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, and LXR, show up across social platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in both organic and paid social media, a passion for luxury storytelling, and the ability to translate performance insights and audience trends into strategic recommendations. Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of organic social presence across luxury brands, maintaining editorial calendars, collaborating on post copy, coordinating publishing schedules, and ensuring content is executed accurately and on time.
- Support the translation of brand and business priorities into social-first content plans, contributing to content briefs and ensuring creative assets are optimized for platform best practices and audience engagement.
- Lead community engagement across Hilton's Luxury brand social channels, fostering meaningful audience interactions, maintaining brand tone of voice, monitoring crisis scenarios, and escalating potential issues when appropriate.
- Own social performance reporting and analysis, identifying trends and translating data into actionable recommendations that strengthen future content strategy and channel performance.
- Leverage social listening tools and platform monitoring to identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and audience sentiment that may inform real-time engagement or near-term content opportunities.
- Assist with owned asset, influencer, and content creator content and copy reviews based on luxury standards, platform best practices, and consistency across channels.
- Own the collection of quarterly business priorities from stakeholders and contribute to the development of quarterly strategies.
- Assist with coordinating across brand marketing, creative, agency, and property teams to ensure luxury content is delivered on time and meets elevated brand expectations.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc social requests as needed.
- Independently manage multiple workstreams, proactively driving projects forward while ensuring alignment with broader social strategy and brand priorities.
- Provide community management support across up to three additional social handles as needed.

- Passion for social media and staying current on legacy and emerging platforms, features, and best practices.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across brands and clearly articulate social recommendations.
- A keen eye for luxury standards in social media content.
- Ability to interpret social performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and navigating feedback with professionalism.
- Ownership and accountability with the ability to manage workstreams end-to-end.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to balance daily channel management with longer-term strategic projects, using audience, cultural, and performance insights to strengthen the luxury social strategy.
Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience supporting or managing social media strategy and execution.
- 2+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts on Meta and X.
- Experience analyzing social performance data and applying insights to strategic recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
- This role requires less than 10% travel and may occasionally require work outside of standard business hours.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree preferred.
- Experience with additional social media platforms, including TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Snapchat, Reddit, and YouTube, is preferred.
