As a freelance UX/UI Designer at Beyond Now, you will play a critical role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our enterprise SaaS products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs. Your expertise in UX journey mapping and creating clickable design prototypes will be essential in delivering seamless and enjoyable user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
‒ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX/UI solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
‒ Create and maintain user journey maps, wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
‒ Develop clickable design prototypes to illustrate and test user interactions and workflows.
‒ Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
‒ Translate user feedback and research findings into design improvements and new features.
‒ Ensure designs are consistent with the overall product vision and brand guidelines.
‒ Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications:
‒ Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
‒ Min. 5 years proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably with enterprise SaaS products.
‒ Strong portfolio showcasing UX journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and final design work.
‒ Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
‒ Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
‒ Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
‒ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
‒ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
