Our client, a Travel and Hospitality company in Miami, Florida is looking to add a talented and innovative digital-first graphic designer to their fast-paced creative team immediately. In order to be successful, the Designer must be highly collaborative, a quick worker without sacrificing quality, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments. The Designer will create and execute emails, web pages, digital campaigns, banner ads, templates, paid and organic media, and social media campaigns, with minimal print and collateral projects. Additionally, you will handle production and have the opportunity to jump in on conceptional projects. You will bring consistency, efficiency and vision across the work to help make marketing magic happen. The Designer will be responsible for the accuracy, quality, and development of final creative files for campaigns and digital deliverables. This is a hybrid, long-term freelance opportunity starting August 2024 that is 40 hours weekly. This opportunity is 4 days onsite in the downtown Miami area, Friday’s are remote.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptually design, layout and produce campaigns as well as digital and projects from start to finish.
- Day-to-day you will focus on finalizing and building out creative assets for banners ads, email campaigns, social media assets, website content, marketing and print projects.
- Use your great design eye for sourcing images from the image library to layout and design digital templates.
- Resize projects to new specifications.
- Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain brand standards by working within guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional digital design and/or graphic design experience with a focus on 360 agency campaigns and or digital/print projects.
- Experience stemming from and ad agency or brand or in-house creative environment.
- Strong portfolio of design work, showcasing a deep understanding of digital and user-focused design principles, as well as great typography and color choices, and clear knowledge of general design best-practices
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe CC products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work onsite 4 days a week in the downtown Miami area.
