Role: Lead UX/UI Designer
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid- 2 Days onsite every week)

Job description:
Experience: 8–15 years
Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
Experience with tools like Figma (or equivalent) to create design assets and prototypes.
Understand product specifications and user requirements.
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
Create personas through user research and data.
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability).
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Proficient in design software (e.g., Figma).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
