Nomolos Creative is looking for a Social Media Content Strategist & Field Creator to join our Social Media team in Utah.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just know how to capture great content—they understand what makes social content work.
This person will visit our local clients and capture the authentic, everyday moments that don't always happen during a planned production: behind-the-scenes content, team culture, day-in-the-life moments, events, processes, client interactions, educational content, and the personalities behind each brand.
A major focus of this role will be creating content for Instagram and Facebook Stories, while also recognizing opportunities for Reels and other short-form content.
What You'll Do
- Visit Nomolos clients throughout Utah to capture social media content.
- Create authentic behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life, team culture, educational, and real-time content.
- Capture vertical photo and video content primarily for Instagram and Facebook Stories.
- Identify opportunities for Reels and additional short-form content while onsite.
- Develop Story concepts, mini storyboards, content prompts, questions, hooks, and creative ideas before client visits.
- Help guide clients and team members comfortably on camera.
- Understand each client's brand, audience, goals, and social strategy.
- Stay current on social trends, Story formats, Reels, hooks, audience engagement, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with our CMO, Creative Director, Social Media Analytics & UGC Manager, and Social Media team to determine what content we should create next.
- Use analytics and performance insights to help shape future content ideas and Story strategies.
- Share opportunities and observations discovered while onsite with the broader creative team.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Lives in Utah and has reliable transportation.
- Loves social media and naturally notices content opportunities.
- Has a strong creative eye for photo and video.
- Is comfortable filming, photographing, interviewing, and directing people.
- Understands Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok, and short-form storytelling.
- Can think strategically—not just aesthetically.
- Can plan content before arriving while still capturing spontaneous moments.
- Is confident representing Nomolos professionally in front of clients.
- Can work independently while collaborating closely with a creative team.
- Is organized and comfortable working across multiple brands and industries.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, smartphone videography, photography, content planning, or social media management is a plus.
Agency experience is helpful but not required.
We're much more interested in your creative eye, understanding of social media, strategic thinking, and the work you can show us.
Schedule
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 25 hours per week.
Some hours will occur onsite at client locations during normal business hours. Planning, research, storyboarding, organization, and other responsibilities may be completed remotely.
Occasional evening or event coverage may be required.
Compensation
Depending on experience, portfolio, and strategic/content-production capabilities.
Approved client travel mileage will be reimbursed separately.
To Apply
Please submit your resume along with a link to your portfolio, Instagram/TikTok account, or examples of content you've personally created.
We'd especially love to see:
- Instagram Stories
- Reels/TikToks
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Day-in-the-life content
- Brand storytelling
- Smartphone-created content
- And tell us: What's one brand you think is currently doing an incredible job with social media Stories—and why?
