ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an outgoing, creative, and confident personality to join our marketing team as an On-Camera Social Media Content Creator & Brand Ambassador.
This is not primarily a video editing or graphic design position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being in front of the camera, connecting with people, and creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social platforms.
You’ll work alongside our marketing, video, and editing teams to create entertaining, educational, promotional, and community-focused content.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Regularly appear in TikToks, Reels, advertisements, interviews, and social media videos
• Present promotions, community updates, educational content, and other brand messaging
• Speak naturally and confidently on camera using scripts or talking points
• Participate in trends, creative concepts, interviews, and customer testimonials
• Interact with customers and community members on and off camera
• Help brainstorm hooks, video concepts, trends, and social media ideas
• Work alongside videographers and editors to produce short-form content
• Attend and help cover company and community events
• Assist with event setup and activities when needed
• Represent our brands professionally both online and in person
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable in front of a camera
• Strong communication and people skills
• Naturally outgoing and able to interact with different personalities
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends
• Able to take direction while still bringing personality and creativity to content
• Comfortable speaking from talking points without sounding overly scripted
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Flexible availability, including occasional weekends, early mornings, afternoons, and evenings for events
YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
