Qualifications

Responsibilities
Be Rooted is seeking a Part-Time Freelance Illustrator to join its Design Team. This is a project based, remote position and has a flexible schedule. You will play a vital role in visually shaping illustrations that effectively communicate the ideas, concepts, and messaging of the Be Rooted brand. The ideal candidate must be able to present their ideas to the Creative Director, incorporate the provided feedback, and adjust as necessary. Overall, the responsibilities revolve around using their artistic and technical skills to create visual content that effectively communicates messages, engages audiences, and enhances brand identity. Other responsibilities include:
- Generate original and innovative ideas for visual concepts and designs.
- Develop sketches to present ideas.
- Illustrate for various assets & products that reflect the style and vision of the Be Rooted brand.
- Work closely with the Creative Director from concept to final sketch.
- Ensure all graphics are visually appealing, consistent and on-brand.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to constantly improve skills and knowledge.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
