SIBI Elite Services is seeking a creative, dependable, and results-oriented Social Media & Brand Growth Specialist to increase brand visibility, generate qualified inquiries, and support new transportation bookings.
We provide premium private transportation for airport transfers, corporate and executive travel, weddings, special events, group transportation, private chauffeur services, and luxury SUV and Mercedes Sprinter transportation.
Responsibilities include developing a practical social media growth plan; creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn; producing short-form videos, Reels, Stories, graphics, and captions; showcasing vehicles and the customer experience; supporting Google Business Profile activity and reviews; monitoring social inquiries; building campaigns for airport, corporate, wedding, event, and group transportation; improving website clicks, calls, quote requests, and reservations; tracking lead sources; and providing a monthly performance report.
Local Cincinnati-area candidates are strongly preferred because the role may include periodic original photo and video capture of vehicles and services.
This is an initial 90-day independent contractor engagement. Compensation is $500-$1,000 per month depending on experience, portfolio, scope, and agreed deliverables. Possible deliverables include 16-20 social posts, 8-12 short-form videos or Reels, Stories, content scheduling, basic community engagement, Google Business Profile support, lead tracking, and a monthly performance report.
Success will be measured by consistent content, website activity, calls, social inquiries, qualified leads, quote requests, confirmed reservations, Google reviews, repeat/referral business, and revenue reasonably attributable to marketing efforts. Public-facing content and campaigns require company approval during the initial engagement.
