We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, Graphic Designer to be a part of a leading digital consulting firm. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing marketing assets that align with brand guidelines and help create a compelling sales funnel for B2B prospects to buy.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Create B2B marketing assets for product and brand-level campaigns: digital banners, FB feed ads, landing pages, email headers, newsletter, signage, and sales collateral with excellent design aesthetics.
- Create and follow brand guidelines to establish a consistent visual language across all design work, while optimizing creative for each channel/activity.
- Manage a variety of ongoing, and one-time projects with definite priorities and objectives.
- Work with the marketing team, the sales team and internal partners to obtain relevant information, and execute according to plan,
- Have some assets ready to hand off to developers for implementation on the website.
- Design all social media static posts, reels, stories and videos to be varied and yet brand recognizable.
- Use form building software and embed forms on landing pages, emails, etc.
- Diligently track creative directives, deadlines and work in project management, and be able to deliver on fast turnarounds.
- Develop recommendations on UX optimization on landing pages and websites
What you’ll have:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, branded advertising, marketing automation, and sales collateral, preferably with a B2B company, design agency, or ad agency.
- Experience designing Facebook ads
- Outstanding design vision with experience delivering innovative consumer engagement experiences.
- Ability to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively, work in conjunction with brand standards, and be receptive to input from senior leadership.
- Excel at collaboration and the ability to project manage a variety of projects at the same time.
- Bring ideas to the table, continually looking to optimize marketing efforts in all channels, and elevate the customer journey.
- Computer skills/software: Expert in Adobe CC (specifically Illustrator), FIGMA, landing page builders and other applications including Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
