As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to help tell our clients' stories through engaging digital content.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Because we work with businesses across many industries, no two days are the same. One day you might be interviewing a business owner. The next, you're filming behind the scenes at a client's business or creating a Reel around something their customers should know.
We're looking for someone who can do more than sit behind a computer and make graphics. You should be comfortable being in front of the camera, coming up with an idea, filming it yourself, editing it, and turning it into finished content.
You'll work directly with our clients and the BOSS team to create content that feels authentic to each business, supports their marketing goals, and gives people a reason to stop scrolling.
You'll be responsible for:
- Visiting local clients to capture photo and video content
- Coming up with creative content ideas for different businesses and industries
- Filming and editing short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Interviewing business owners, employees, and customers
- Being comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Finding interesting stories within everyday businesses
- Writing captions that actually sound like the client
- Creating graphics and other social content
- Planning, scheduling, and managing content across multiple client accounts
- Keeping content calendars organized and ahead of schedule
- Monitoring what's working and adjusting content accordingly
- Staying current on social media trends
- Helping create original content for BOSS/clients
- Bringing your own ideas to the table
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who:
- Can shoot quality photo and video content
- Can edit short-form video
- Has a good eye for framing, lighting, design, and storytelling
- Understands what makes engaging social content
- Is comfortable walking into a business, meeting new people, and directing a shoot
- Can take an idea from concept to finished content
- Can work independently without needing every idea handed to them
- Is organized and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and major social media platforms
- Has reliable transportation for local client shoots
- Is willing to learn, experiment, and try new things
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating content for businesses, organizations, or brands
- Experience working with small businesses or a marketing agency
- Familiarity with content strategy, branding, and basic social media analytics
- Education or professional experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, photography, videography, or a related field
Pay: $15/hr (full-time)
