We are seeking a versatile and hands-on marketer to assist with LinkedIn campaigns to promote our own firm and our clients. The ideal candidate has proven experience developing and implementing integrated LinkedIn engagement and retargeting strategy that uses organic content, paid campaigns, with other networking and lead generation strategies. Including:
- Developing content calendars and campaigns
- Managing paid LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Making recommendations on how/when to post to individual profiles and company pages and suggesting the best formats (carousel, video, text, etc.)
- Building audiences, including creating matched audiences or look a like audiences, re-targeting to website visitors or people who have see our organic content
- Creating a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy to use posting, ads, LinkedIn newsletter, and sales navigator as well as external assets such as CRM contacts, blog, website, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience and proven results with comprehensive LinkedIn marketing.
You will be supported by a strong creative team who can write, create graphics and video content to successfully implement your marketing plans.
This is a part-time, independent contractor position
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn profile management, company pages, and engagement tactics (posts, comments, groups, and messaging).
- Skills in social media content planning, copywriting, and basic visual content creation tailored to professional audiences.
- Ability to use analytics tools to track LinkedIn performance, interpret data, and adjust campaigns for better reach and conversions.
- Familiarity with marketing to B2B and technology-focused companies.
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain brand voice across multiple accounts.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing deadlines, and coordinating with a distributed team.
You will be required to follow our processes, including:
- Use a project management tool (ClickUp) to receive instructions and details and track tasks.
- Organize your files using Dropbox and Google files.
- Participate in meetings with team members and/or clients via Zoom.
- Track your time accurately.
- Present your work persuasively both verbally and in writing.
Important details
- This is a part-time, contractor position. 5-15 hours / week. There is potential for this to grow, especially for a candidate who is driven to expand their capabilities or pitch work to clients.
- We are in the Eastern Time zone. Exact schedule will be mutually determined but there will be meetings required Monday-Friday 9-5 Eastern.
- Pay will be based on skill and experience, anticipated $40-85/hour.
