Job Title: Social Selling & Marketing Program Specialist
Location-Type: Hybrid - Baltimore, MD (4 days/week onsite)

Hourly Pay Rate: $30 - $35/hr W2

Job Description:
Support a social selling and associate social media enablement program for a leading financial services organization, helping employees effectively leverage LinkedIn through onboarding, training, compliant content development, campaign execution, ongoing program support, and performance measurement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support and manage day-to-day operations of an associate social selling and social media enablement program
- Lead 3-4 week onboarding and training programs for associates focused on LinkedIn, social selling, and social media best practices
- Provide ongoing program support, troubleshooting, and guidance to participating associates
- Develop, edit, coordinate, and execute engaging social media content
- Manage recurring social media campaigns within social selling and employee advocacy platforms
- Partner with Marketing and internal stakeholders to develop content aligned with broader business objectives
- Execute legal review and content retention processes to ensure social media posts meet compliance requirements
- Coordinate social media content through review, approval, production, and publishing workflows
- Assist with the development and execution of video content for social media
- Monitor social media KPIs and pull metrics and reporting to evaluate content and program performance
- Support semi-annual social media audits
- Manage program resources, documentation, and administrative responsibilities within SharePoint
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, business teams, legal/compliance partners, and other internal stakeholders
- Help drive associate engagement, adoption, and ongoing participation in the social selling program
- Manage multiple concurrent content, training, and program priorities with strong attention to detail
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- 2+ years of hands-on social media experience
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and an understanding of LinkedIn best practices
- Experience with social media management, social selling, or employee advocacy tools such as Sprinklr, Hearsay/Yext, LiveSocial, EveryoneSocial, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience developing content for social media
- Experience tracking social media KPIs, metrics, and performance
- Microsoft SharePoint experience
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry
- Strong project and program coordination skills
- Comfortable leading training, onboarding, and presentations for groups
- Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring campaigns simultaneously
- Experience supporting social media community management
- Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial services industry experience
- Previous experience supporting a formal social selling, employee advocacy, or social media enablement program
- Experience onboarding and training employees on LinkedIn or social selling best practices
- Experience managing compliant social media content through legal or regulatory review processes
- Video content development or social video experience
- Experience supporting social media audits
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity, streamline workflows, or enhance content quality
- Experience driving employee adoption and engagement within a social selling or advocacy program
