Role Description
The Social Media Coordinator role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New York, NY, with some flexibility to work from home. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across key platforms to showcase Lele Sadoughi’s products, brand story, and campaigns. The Social Media Coordinator will manage daily posting schedules, monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and support community engagement initiatives. They will collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to align social media content with brand guidelines, promotions, and product launches, and assist in reporting on performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include supporting influencer and affiliate partnerships, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and staying current on social media trends relevant to fashion and accessories.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous social media experience at a fashion brand
- Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation, including planning, drafting, and visually curating posts and stories.
- Must possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience driving engagement, reach, and traffic.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to represent the brand voice clearly and consistently.
- Relevant experience in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
- Ability to use social media management and analytics tools, and basic photo/video editing skills are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are important.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
